To start, click on the Invoice button on your screen and select New Invoice – and start adding client details. After filling up client's information, click on the Next Step button. Then, add the items – including quantity, pricing, and any relevant discounts – set your payment terms before proceeding to the next step.

You'll be presented with options to set due date, currency, discounts, etc. Fill up the details and proceed to preview your fast, professional-looking invoice. Once you're ready, you can send it to your customer via email, text message, or any other messaging option that your mobile device offers.

The feature for sharing invoices directly on Facebook and WhatsApp isn’t currently available on OutInvoice. However, this feature is being worked on and should be available to users in due course. In the meantime, you can share your invoice to your client’s email address.

All your outstanding invoices can be viewed in a single place through your dashboard. Log into your OutInvoice web interface using your user credentials and click on Reports. Under the Overview tab, you'll find all the details regarding your outstanding invoices.

No, Outinvoice doesn't have a free invoice generator. However, you can get started with a 30-days free trial and generate invoices right away.

Setting up your payment account is easy with OutInvoice. All you have to do is enable OutInvoice Payments on your Invoices. For more details, contact our support team.

Stripe and PayPal charge 2.9%+30₵ per successful card charge in the US. We do not charge any extra processing fees. For more specific details and international pricing, please visit their website.

OutInvoice is an online invoicing and online payments software that allows you to receive international payments via Paypal, Stripe, and other online payments.

The online invoice you bill your clients includes invoice number, date of issue, due date and total amount due with the currency you selected while billing. Your client will also have the option to pay instantly using their preferred method of payment.

It is possible for clients to pay directly into your bank account if you do not want to use the online payment option. The only thing you need to do is to fill out the Payment field in the settings with your account details.

You or your customers do not have to worry about us collecting or storing sensitive financial information. Both banking and credit card details are managed safely by the payment processor (Stripe or PayPal) and those details are not shared with us.

OutInvoice has multiple templates which you can edit as per your preference. Click on the Edit button that appears on the template as your hover over them. You can also create an entire new template by selecting the +New tab.

You cannot upload it but yes, you can create a new one or customized prebuilt template from OutInvoice gallery.

Yes. Click on the New Invoice option in your dashboard and then choose Make Recurring under settings. Now, set up your recurring invoices by filling up the necessary information like client details, payments details, date, your company details, items, taxes and subtotal.

Bank accounts can be linked and edited from Account & Settings in your OutInvoice dashboard. Go to Settings > Account > Bank Account in your OutInvoice dashboard.

You can find the option to provide discounts at invoice level or item level. The options can be found under the Settings menu.

Yes, you need to register with a valid email address in order to use OutInvoice.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription from our web app at any time. OutInvoice offers a free trial for the first 30 days, and you can cancel your subscription within this duration if you are unsatisfied with the product.

You will have free access to OutInvoice and all its functionality for 30 days. This involves transfers with real money with both Stripe and PayPal. No credit card is required.

Only if you’re buying a subscription. When your free trial ends, your account will be kept until you buy a paid subscription. You don’t have to remember to cancel it.

OutInvoice offers single plan with monthly and yearly subscription. You can switch monthly and yearly billing through your Account Settings.
